Can you do THIS Pushup Routine Challenge? LFG!

Do this pushup routine challenge as a warming up to get the muscles ready for your main workout!

  • You start by standing up, crawling into the pushup position, and do 1 push-up the 1st round, then you stand back up.
  • Second, you crawl into the pushup position again, and do 2 pushups, then you stand back up.
  • Third, you go down again, this time doing 3 pushups, then stand back up.
  • Fourth, crawl down and hit 4 solid pushups, stand back up with control.
  • Fifth, same flow—5 pushups, then back up.

Continue this pattern all the way to 10 pushups on the 10th round. That’s a total of 55 pushups done in a progressive, cardio-style warm-up that activates your chest, shoulders, triceps, and core.

🔥 Bonus Tip: Want to level it up? Try to do squat & kicks between rounds. Your goal is smooth, controlled movement and a steady rhythm.
